DI ce se snac
taj brodic je na 5 ac drive unita s IGBT optic veza svaki od njih s kontrolerom(plc slicno s siemens 7) koriste program od siemensa i to je umrezeno s Imc koji daje parametre rada .
igbt vodeno hladenje svaki posebno ne za zajednicku plocu(oni abb sta ste ih stavljali po forumu djeluju malo jednostavno za ove) ovisno o snazi drive unita raste broj inverer cabineta 4MW je najveci
MSB je isto s plc isti kao od drive unita ona je ok 3 generatora ABC(ne pitajte sta je to te niste vidili barem ne takve V verzija tako da turba znaju malo razletit se pri 90-100% loda a to im je najdrazi radni krug onima gori na joysticima

thruster drive ima choper breaker a propele na disk(shotel)

sve zajedno s imc koja daje inpute tj parametre za drive unite
medutim imc ima dva servera i preko network switcha rade (jedan prova drugi krma i ako padne krmeni server padaju i drive uniti nisu redundant tj samo je jedan ethernet cable iz controlne jedinice

kad to savlada onda makinje to je vec posal assistenta ( jednostavne su jedino se minjaju radilice svake 3 godine(barem kad sam ja bia) tako da triba makinju dignit i utirat radilicu i skinit cilu struju s motora i vratit ali za assistenta to je ok(zadnji put je bila neka promina tako da mozda je to sad i sazivilo)

ka sve sve shvati triba naucit kopat tj sta i kako s tim ko sta radi i zasto
jer sve je povezano oko 3500 signala na brod od 110m

i usput ja sam mislin bia prvi kome se igbt razletia ili explodira(iako su skakale temperature na njemu (V61 ka sad se sican) I upozorava sam upravnika za prominit ali patila bi produkcija i zbog budale 1 dan posla za prominit igbt i cili bus bar u inverteru1 a sve za ne izgubit 2 ure vrimena

ima toga jos puno vise
ali generalno brodic simpatican posada je bila :uzdravlje
puno lipo vrime sam provea doli(bia sam prvi cro koji je dosa na taj brod)


ali kad mali shvati taj brod kako triba na puno vrata ce moc pokucat bez srama (jedino nece uc duboko u glavne motore jer su dosta siromasni )

a one slike od novih ac motora ABB vodeno hladenih iz koreje(franki)
stvarno oni cjevovod djeluje jeftino
spanjolci su to u bilbau puno bolje bili rijesili

sritno na FDG

Ne jeftino nego suludo. Hlade se sa morem.A radi cjevi mora sam i da otkaz. Platforma u moru godinu i po, a cjevovode izila galvanska struja i lagano pocinju pustat.Pitam se sta ce bit za 6 miseci? Sva srica necu bit tu da saznam.

tribat ce otvorit colum i bit vanka ugovora koji tjedan zbog genijalaca

dobro onda sta je sa paralelom izmedu dva brod moze ili ne, ajmo

srelec ,sve je to bilo jednostavnije sa ward leonardom,nije mu nista smetalo.

za paralele su hv chorke ja sam vise kod jednostavnijih stvari

scr ne smeta nista ali brate povjesna tehnologija vata me muka na svaki pm:uzdravlje

ili oni kako se zovu relay boards , analogno digitalni....pa češ nas provozati na mostu ..ove Iridiume , Laser beam , Arpu.....:kafa...sorry ..kad budeš imao vemena malo i po palubi ..Lincolne , Bratwarde..i šta ja znam kako se zovu...i onda na kraju molim te kompenzaciju kompasa..:)..ovo mi je jako "..hv chorke.."-hrvatska vojska chorke...:)

ja sam jos uvjek za japansku elektro opremu od prije 30 godina ,tamo da je bomba pala u MSB nebi stetu napravila

jos kad ubacis generatorsku sklopku sa polugom nema da nece u parallelu

a ne danas pa temperatura pa vibracije pa prasina, interference, sve im smeta

pa koje vidija struju hladiti vodom ili morem
nego sta cemo sa paralelom iz gornjeg posta

..što se mene tiće možemo uparalelu i sa svjetlim spojem , tamnim spojem , kombinacijom analognog i digitalnog testera po fazama...ali volio bih naučiti tu noviju tehnologiju:)...joooooj dobro si me sjetio zaboravio sam pitati Srelca o binarnom sustavu..šta im znaće te 1 i 0 ...ono100111000111000???

a zašto ne bi moglo u paralelu???? pa kako rade na jednom brodu tako mogu i na dva paralelno....valjda

tako je ali na brodovima su obicno svi generatori isti, na dva razlicita broda nemoraju biti
te stare sklopke su imale i mazalice za podmazivanje

Ajde Srelec , kako ide taj Hardware i Software , inputi , outputi ,te led diode...recimo proximity switch ..zašto tamo ono piše AB ili BA...evo ja spremio moj mali blokić pa da zapisujem...hmmmm....zzzzzzzz...ništa od škole večeras...a ništa LAKA VAM NOĆ..šmrcccc

4.1 Hardware
The core of the network is the Main Server 1. This server is communicating on the one hand with the different IMC PCs (Clients) and on the other hand with the Praxis Control Processors (Fieldbus Network). The Main Server is a PC with more powerful processor and is located in the ECR.

The PCs serve as interface between the operators of the ship and the automation system. The operator can give the necessary commands by keyboard/mouse/touch screen and receives feedback in the form of Mimics on the screen, depicting the different systems of the ship.
All PCs have a unique IP-address and communicate with the main server through fibre optical cables. All the fibre optic cables come in pairs: Tx (Transmitting) and Rx (Receiving). These fibre cables are interlinked by an Ethernet Fibre Hub 2. This hub is the access way to and from the Main Server. The Ethernet Fibre Hub is also connected to an Ethernet Link, which communicates with the Frequency Drives.

The Processors control the automated processes over the ship. They receive their input from all kinds of sensors through Input Cards and send their commands to the different switches and devices through Output Cards. The entire automation program is downloaded from the server into the different Processors. By communicating with each other and their I/O cards the Processors execute their control, alarming and monitoring functions.
The Main Server is connected to an I/O Server Board 3 by ECP cable. Through this board, the server communicates with the Fieldbus Network. The fibre optic cables coming from the Server Board split out over the Fibre Hubs to the different Fieldbus Fibre Converters. These converters, located near to groups of Control Processors, convert the fibre signals to the copper signals that go to these processors. The processors that are located in each others proximity are interconnected by copper wire and form a â??busâ?.

4.1.2 Redundancy of the network

The automation network is completely redundant (with exception for the frequency drives, see below), meaning that failure at any part of the system will not result in failure of the system. In other words: the system has a back-up plan. This is implemented as follows:

One of the PCs in the network serves as Backup Server 4. This backup server, located in the Dredge Desk, also has a unique IP-address. When for some reason the Main Server fails to fulfill its task, the backup server takes over. On top right corner of the different PCs there will then appear the letter â??Bâ? in stead of the standard â??Mâ?. The Clients are now communicating with the IP-address of the Backup Server.

The Fibre Hubs and all the Fibre Optic Cables have their backup equivalent, so that in case of breakdown the backup takes over. Also the copper wires to the control processors are executed in this way.

Only the Frequency Drives donâ??t follow this redundancy concept. Due to the inherent characteristics of these drives, they can only communicate with one IP-address: that of the Main Server. In case the Backup Server takes over from the Main, the communication with the frequency drives is lost.
For the Propulsion system (PS, SB & BT) this is not a problem, since these drives are hardwired (copper) to the navigation desk. Operation from the bridge stays exactly the same like before.
For the Dredgepump and the Jetpump this is a different story. Here inability to communicate with the main server causes shutdown of the frequency drive.

As a means to continue dredging in case of breakdown of the Main Server, Client 3 can be reconfigured as Main Server. To do this, execute following procedure:

Software Network

The automation system is made with the integrated system. The different workstations (servers and clients) are inter-connected via a redundant high speed network. Every workstation has two unique IP-address, one for use on the main network (main server) and one for use on the backup network (backup server). The redundancy is created by adding an extra IP address to the used network, called the communication IP. This IP is used by the applications for communication. If there are problems with the used network, the redundant network application will switch the communication IP to the other network. In general the server â??seeingâ? the most I/O cards will take over.

The redundant network can be started manually by executing the program â??rednetwork.exeâ?. Normally this program is executed manually when starting up the PC. When running, the redundant network application will appear as an icon in the taskbar. By double-clicking on this icon you get to see the status information dialog. Here you can see the different workstations, their IP address and their status. For checking the status, the acting server â??pingsâ? to the IP address of the respective workstation and checks if there is a response.
Shutdown of the system can be done by the system management dialog of the redundant network.

Every incoming or outgoing signal is represented by a channel, existing of 5 digits: UBBCC. U = Fieldbus number, BB = I/O board number, CC = Channel number on I/O board.
Next to these hardware channels, the system also works with virtual channels that are used for calculations, intermediate outputâ?? and are not connected to any physical I/O.

Each channel number is connected to a unique tag number. These tags are chosen by the programmer and used in stead of the channel numbers.

4.2.1.1 Mimics

The interface between operator and automation system is done by Mimics. Output values are represented in the way of graphs and values. Instruction can be given by mouse (or tracker ball), keyboard and function keys.

On the page where F3 does not fulfill any other function, this key can be used to select the alarm page. Here all the channels are represented (in chronological order) which are currently in alarm or which have been in alarm but are not yet acknowledged.
When a new channel gets into alarm status, it will be blinking on the screen and the horn will go off. This will stop when the alarm has been acknowledged by the engineer (F1). Channels that have been acknowledged and return to normal, disappear from the alarm page.
On the subsequent pages a history of these resolved alarms can be seen (in blue). All alarms are logged onto disk in *.CSV file (to be found under server1) which can be opened in excel.

On the page where F4 does not fulfill any other function, this key can be used to select the group page with an overview of all the group numbers. With a group, a predefined setup of channels can be monitored. A group can be setup for data logging or for trending. For each data logging a different daily log file in *.CSV format is created on the hard disk of server 1. On the trending pages the selected channels are plotted out in function of the time.

On the page where F12 does not fulfill any other function, this key can be used to select the setup page, where the configuration can be adjusted. Since this option allows the user to damage the system, a User Name and Password are requested in order to allow only authorized users. If user name and password are entered correctly, the user enters the Project Application Language (PAL). Here different things can be done:
- Adjusting and creating mimics
- Modifying channels
- Adjusting and creating groups

Rugalice ili ne,jedno moramo svi znati,u istoj smo struci a sad netko je na naprednijoj tehnologiji a netko nije.....Vjerujem da ima i nas električara ovdje koji bar pola od tvojega napisanog nisu shvatili što to znači a kamoli vidjeli..........:):):):)


BTW Srelec,od koje je automatike taj manual ?

samo bilo je malo zajebano zamo na flamanski ali smo i to rijesili
mislim da jevc doslo i na engleski(ali bila su to druga vrimena)

pogotovo kolege, da ne bi mislili da se rugam :o:o:o
