Good Morning

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Genesis Personnel currently seek a 2nd Officer for our clients AHT/Supply Vessel operating within UK Waters.

Candidates are required to hold a 2nd Officer UK COC or UK CEC, valid STCW basic Certification, GMDSS, Seafarers Medical Certificate etc. Non UK Seafarers must hold a UK Certificate of Equivalent Competency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of AHT/Towing or Buoy Tender vessels.

This is initially a temporary position however there may be a permanent position available.

Mobilisation 7th April 2015

Duration: 4 weeks

Day Rate £212 per day (subject to UK Tax and NI Deductions)

Contract Period:

2 years Contract and it is 2 months On board and 2 months Vacation which you can spend with your family,please note that salary will be paid to you even while you are on vacation.

Vessels in Management:

We currently provide crew management services for a fleet consisting of in excess of 160 vessels. Out of these, GearBulk Shipping Company technically manages approximately all vessels.

Our diverse fleet includes a wide range of different vessel types. We are able to provide the technical ship management skills specific to each vessel type, along with experienced crews who have proved their expertise over many years of successful operation.

Jeli ti ovo ozbiljno? Ima i mlađih na forumu pa evo:

Gearbulk je uveljači 2012. otpustio svu evropsku posadu. ImaÅ¡ i temu na forumu, upiÅ¡i u google gearbulk i naći ćeÅ¡, pisalo se puno o tome. NeÅ¡to malo joÅ¡ naÅ¡ih ima, i ukrcava ih Ta-Na. Na Gearbulk se nikada nije ukrcavalo hrvatske mornare, timunjere, mazače, mehaničare itd. Gearbulk nema u floti LPG, LNG brodove, kemikalce, ro-ro. Tankeri su pod KGJS. Od 2011 KGJS i Gearbulk su zasebne kompanije, braća su se podijelila. Gearbulk/KGJS nikada nije direktno kontaktirao zaposlenike, nego putem ovlaÅ¡tenih agencija, za HR je Ta-Na. Plaće su u EUR ili USD, Norvežanima dok ih je bilo u norveÅ¡kim krunama. I nikada, ali baÅ¡ nikada ne koriste gmail.
U Londonu je sjedište za operacije, crewing je u Bergenu/Norveška.

Malo sam im pogledao flotu, definitivno smanjuju gantry i prelaze na jibove. Nema tu više kruha za evropljane.

Kolega puno hvala :) Tek sam danas malo pročija o tim prevarama ja zaista nisam ima do sad iskustva sa prevarama i prevaratima ......:o
 
Jesi vidio oglas kojeg sam danas stavio? V-Ships Rijeka trazi kompletnu posadu za par ro-ro brodova. Imas mail na predhodnoj stranici pa im se javi. Mozda bude srece ...

Jesam,posla sam mail. Baš sam glup ispa ali ja baš neman nikavog iskustva sa ovim prevarama jer iskreno nikad nisam ni slutija da ce me život odvesti u ove vode inace sam po zanimanju inženjer rijecnog prometa....:)
 
Zao mi je sta ti je tako ispalo. Nazaost, jako puno ljudi koji nije planiralo odnosno nije pomorske struke trazi posao na moru. Tako to uvijek bude kad je na kopnu kriza. Medjutim, da te pitam, taj smjer koji si zavrsio sa time mozes biti navigator ili kako se vec kaze na rijecnom brodu zar ne? Sjecam se da sam pred neko vrijeme citao kako za time zvanjem vlada velika potraznja, cak se razmisljalo da se u srednjoj pomorskoj u Bakru otvori jedan razred za rijecki promet ali izgleda da nista od toga. Sta je tako tesko naci posao na rijecnim brodovima? Pretpostavljam da nije neka sreca na domacoj floti ali ovi razni teretni i putnicki rijecki brodovi? Jesi li ikad pokusao?

Pa gle ovako joÅ¡ za vrime fakulteta sam upozna svoju danaÅ¡nju ženu;)Lipo je bilo ona u Å ibeniku ja u Zagrebu....zezam se.Zavolija sam Zagreb i nije mi se baÅ¡ mililo vratiti doma dok ona nije poludila i rekla Zagreb ili ja,eeeeeeee jebiga zaljubija sam se i vratija doma radija svaÅ¡ta i na kraju se zaposlija u jednoj banci u kojoj sam proveo 3 godine.Zbog vražije recesije koja je nastupila uprava je sve one koji su imali ugovor na određeno otpustili.Tad sam se doslovno naÅ¡a u sranjima dva kredita,diploma koja skuplja praÅ¡inu ma bija sam lud.Spletom okolnosti imao sam jednu vezicu za jednu naÅ¡u kompaniju na koju sam se na kraju i ukrca i evo do sad otuka 5 brodova u svojstvu jebenog mornara.Sve funkcionira na nacin koga znaÅ¡ i ko je bliže oltaru tako da se navlacimo zadnja tri ugovora da me ukrcaju kao kormilara ali niÅ¡taaaaaaaa.Jednostavno sam viÅ¡e lud i isfrustriran i neman volje ici u tom svojstvu i za te bjedne novce.......Å ta se tice moje sruke sla sam neÅ¡to malo mailova ali niÅ¡ta.....:) :udriglavom
 
Doista neznam niti sam provjeravao je li ili nije spam jer me trenutno tako nesto ne zanima pa evo ako tko ima volje i vremena a pise da traze i OILERE sa licencom.
