Malo da napiÅ¡em od Costi, pa neka post stoji ovdje, možda će nekom dobro doći.
Prvo ono svima najbitnije
ugovor je 4-2 s tim da mogu produžiti ugovor za mjesec dana
plaća za 2/O je 4500€ + plaćeni doprinosti u Italiji (bruto 6500€) s tim da na brodu dobijete 3200€ i onda onaj zadnji mjesec vam zbroje ostatke i uplate sa zadnjom plaćom.
Plaća je 10og u mjesecu. Ako se recimo iskrcate 25og onda ćete do 10og u sljedećem mjesecu čekati tu zadnju plaću sa ostacima svih plaća prije nje.
Ulg, interview za 2/O sam imao u SSMu preko Skype sa Costom.
2 tjedna nakon toga sam išao u Milano na testiranje. Psihotest, test koncentracije, stres test, personality test, test ovog, test onog, cijeli dan...
2 tjedan nakon toga sam išau u Almere u Nizozemskoj u CSMART na BRM i type specific ECDIS na 2 tjedna.
Onda neko vrijeme nije bilo informacija kad bi mogao biti ukrcaj jer su bili Božićno novogodiÅ¡nji praznici
Polovicom veljače su ponudili ukrcaj za 3/O s tim da je interview bio za 2/O pa je tu nastala situacija nakon koje su ipak ponudili ugovor za 2/O ali ukrcaj krajem ožujka...
3 dana prije ukrcaja kažu da mi treba neki drugi type specific ECDIS i da ga rijeÅ¡im preko Safebridgea i da će mi refundirati... Tako da se ukrcaj odgodio za joÅ¡ tjedan dana
Tako da sve skupa nisu baš nešto organizirani + što im se ured valjda selio iz Genove u Hamburg...
Refundiranje troÅ¡kova ne ide nikako. Taj Milano, CSMART i Italian Endorment čekam već skoro godinu dana. A lječnički i taj ECDIS već 7 mjeseci...
Sastav na mostu je: Capt, Staff, Safet Off, Safety Trainer, 1/O, 2 X 2/O, 3 X 3/O i 2 kadeta.
1/O i 2/O su senior watchkeeping officeri a 3/O junior.
Å to se tiče jezika, ja ne pričam Talijanski i na ovom brodu to nije bio problem. Čak mi je i pasalo da ne čujem sve o čemu parlaju... Inače, official jezik je Engleski
ili bi barem trebao biti...
Gvardija mi je bila od 12 do 4. Zadužen za karte i neÅ¡to papirologije. Fully ECDIS smo jedino smo imali 60ak karta for reference. Ugl, sve bi se to dalo rijeÅ¡ti u gvardiji na vezu. Od prekovremenog jedino Å¡to bi bio na vezu na krmi za manovru. Sve skupa, mogu reći da se nisam ubio od posla.
Klopa na brodu je odlična. Imamo officers mess, 2 konobara i hranu iz dinnig rooma koja je stvarno odlična pogotovo ako volite paÅ¡tu!
Od naših na mom brodu je bio 1/O i 2/E i jedan motorman.
1/3 uniforme vam odbiju od plaće. Meni je to doÅ¡lo nekih 25€ za zimsku,ljetnu,večernju,svečanu i Å¡ta ja znam joÅ¡ koju uniformu... pol mi ih je joÅ¡ u najlonu...
Internet, ne znam koliko je jer sam imao naÅ¡u, talijansku i grčku sim karticu tako da brodski nisam koristio.

Ima li sta nasih ljudi na Costa Fortuna?
Triba bi sada brzo sredinom/krajem 4-og miseca ic na taj brod kao electronic cadet. Ako ima tko da je na tom brodu bilo bi super da kaze koju ric kakvi su uvjeti, spiza, internet, koja je ruta i jel se minja (vidia san da je sad ruta koreja-japan, pa da znan koju robu ponit) i takve stvari da se malo bolje pripremin.
Triba bi sada brzo sredinom/krajem 4-og miseca ic na taj brod kao electronic cadet. Ako ima tko da je na tom brodu bilo bi super da kaze koju ric kakvi su uvjeti, spiza, internet, koja je ruta i jel se minja (vidia san da je sad ruta koreja-japan, pa da znan koju robu ponit) i takve stvari da se malo bolje pripremin.
